Gynaec Laparoscopy
Gynaecologic Laparoscopy is a surgical approach which is done with the use of a
laparoscope to examine your pelvic or abdominal area. It is an alternative to open
surgery and now a days it become popular than open surgery. In open surgery
usually requires a larger incision while in laparoscopy a small 1 cm hole near umbilicus and 5mm hole in sides were made, through which endoscope
(Doorbeen) and other long and thin instrument passed in abdomen and pelvic
area. Thus pelvic organs are visualized on monitor screen in magnified view.

Urogynaecology is the emerging speciality of gynaecology that focuses on the
diagnosis and treatment of pelvic floor disorders. This service includes the care of women with pelvic floor disorders. The pelvic floor is the that support the pelvic
organs, which include the bladder, rectum, uterus, and vagina. The pelvic floor
also helps control the function of these organs.
When the pelvic floor is weakened or not functioning property, it can lead
